Sinead Byrne is an Associate Solicitor who focuses in the areas of employment and commercial litigation.

Sinead has acted in a wide variety of commercial and general litigation disputes including property disputes, contractual disputes and insurance disputes.

Sinead has experience in dealing with matters before the High Court, Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal as well as assisting with matters dealt with by alternative dispute resolution methods.  

Sinead also assists the Employment Department with both general and specific employment contentious matters, including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.

Sinead also advices on non-contentious employment related matters such as drafting contracts, handbooks and internal policies as well as severance and consultancy agreements. She also assists with carrying out due diligence in corporate transactions.
