Elaine specialises in commercial property and property finance and has experience in all areas of property and property finance law including the sale, purchase and lease of commercial, mixed-use and residential property, in addition to acting for developers and funders on real estate projects.

Experience

  • Acted for Kajima Ireland Limited (a subsidiary of Tokyo-listed construction company Kajima Corporation) in relation to the financing by Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c. of a new 258-home residential scheme in Belmayne, Dublin as part of a joint venture with Bartra.
  • Acted for Shannon Group on the commercial property aspects of the sale of Shannon Heritage to Clare County Council.
  • Acted for Shannon Group in the sale of certain assets to Limerick County Council.
  • Acting for a leading planning consultant on his personal development projects, both for commercial and residential use.
  • Acted for a media group in the commercial leasing of several of their office portfolios in south county Dublin.
  • Acting for an engineering company in the acquisition and disposal of certain commercial properties in Dublin and Galway.
  • Acted for a renewable energy company in the purchase of a site to be used as a renewable energy hub.
  • Advising and acting on behalf of developers and large multi-family office clients in the sale and lease of units within large newly constructed commercial and residential estates.
