Insolvency Knowledge Hub

LK Shields Solicitors has a long track record of partnering with Insolvency Practitioners on a wide variety of matters and projects and really value these strong relationships for the knowledge sharing opportunities they bring.

In recognition of this, we have created a knowledge-sharing hub for Insolvency Practitioners as a forum for discussion and thought leadership.

The aim of the Insolvency Knowledge Hub is to assist Insolvency Practitioners with an overview of the various insolvency-related issues that business are facing and practical and legal solutions on how to deal with these issues. We will keep the Insolvency Knowledge Hub up to date with legal developments, important court decisions and common issues being facing by insolvency practitioners including how to deal with such issues.

We would very much welcome suggestions from you on topics you would like to see covered.

We hope that the Insolvency Knowledge Hub will be a central and helpful resource for you in the insolvency area.
