How many people does LK Shields employ?

We employ 130 staff across our Dublin and Galway offices.

What does your recruitment procedure consist of?

Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview where they will meet our HR Manager and their potential direct line manager.  Depending on the role and the level of seniority candidates may be called for a second interview.

What selection criteria are applicable?

Applicants are shortlisted on the basis of the eligibility criteria and essential requirements including specific competences and skills noted in the job listing.

Are all applications treated in the same way?

LK Shields is committed to a policy of equal opportunity. We extend the same opportunities to staff / potential staff through our recruitment and employment practices, policies and procedures. External applicants are invited to submit their application without including a first and second name, but instead using initials, and we also suggest that the name of your secondary school is also excluded.
