We recognise there are numerous career opportunities that exist within the legal sector beyond the role of solicitor.  Our business support personnel are vital to the success of our firm and we fully support them in their career goals.

There are a variety of roles available and skills required throughout the firm in our various support departments including marketing, accounting, information technology, knowledge management, human resources, learning and development, accounting, compliance and risk management and secretarial support.

Our business support team members have access to excellent training opportunities and are fully encouraged and supported to develop their roles and build their skills and knowledge.  They work hand-in-hand with the legal practice teams, helping them better service our client’s needs.  

We acknowledge the need for work-life balance and support this via access to our social events, our Wellness Programme, volunteering opportunities and flexible work environment.
