  • Acting for financial institutions in prosecuting and defending complex and high value debt recovery claims before the Commercial Court and the High Court.
  • Acting on behalf of Financial Institutions in relation to the enforcement of multi-million euro claims.
  • Advising financial institutions on pre- and post-judgment enforcement strategies.
  • Defending solicitors, architects and engineers in professional negligence claims before the Circuit and High Courts.
  • Implementing alternative dispute resolution procedures including mediation and arbitration to resolve disputes.
  • Advising property developers in relation to contractual disputes.
  • Acting on behalf of licensed property owners in relation to liquor licensing requirements.
  • Jennifer is an Advisory Board member of an International Alliance of legal and accountancy professionals.
