Evelyn is a Senior Associate in our Banking & Finance Department and is based in our Galway office.

Evelyn has experience in advising financial institutions, alternative finance providers and commercial borrowers on a wide range of finance matters including bilateral and syndicated lending. She advises on real estate finance, development finance, corporate finance, refinancing and debt restructuring.

Experience

  • Acting for several financial institutions in relation to real estate transactions for a value of upwards of €10m;
  • Acting for a prominent property developer in relation to its entry into a development finance facility of circa €20m;
  • Acting for a financial institution on a €25m facility in relation to site acquisition in Dublin and subsequent residential development;
  • Acting for a private equity firm in relation to the acquisition of a group of companies based in Dublin; 
  • Advising several financial institutions in respect of the restructuring and refinancing of existing loans
