In construction, Charlotte has experience advising a broad range of clients across the industry including funders, developers, employers, contractors and consultants.

Charlotte has experience advising on transactional, developmental and regulatory matters within the energy and natural resources sector. Charlotte has advised clients on all stages of projects, with particular experience in the renewable energy space. She has worked on a variety of renewable energy projects including solar farms and biogas facilities.

Experience

  • Assisted the Irish subsidiary of the Japanese based Kajima Corporation in relation to the development and financing of a 258-home residential scheme in Belmayne, Dublin 13.
  • Assisted Elkstone with the financing and development of a 142 bed purpose-built student accommodation in Stoneybatter, Dublin 7.
  • Drafting and negotiating bespoke amendments to the entire suite of RIAI standard form contracts.
  • Advising funders, including some of Ireland’s leading financial institutions, in relation to the various forms of project security procured in development finance transactions.
  • Advising clients in relation to commercial contracts across various sectors including construction, energy and infrastructure.
  • Advising on both the buy and sell side of share and asset purchase transactions.
  • Advising a majority shareholder in relation to a shareholders’ agreement.
