Experience
- Assisted the Irish subsidiary of the Japanese based Kajima Corporation in relation to the development and financing of a 258-home residential scheme in Belmayne, Dublin 13.
- Assisted Elkstone with the financing and development of a 142 bed purpose-built student accommodation in Stoneybatter, Dublin 7.
- Drafting and negotiating bespoke amendments to the entire suite of RIAI standard form contracts.
- Advising funders, including some of Ireland’s leading financial institutions, in relation to the various forms of project security procured in development finance transactions.
- Advising clients in relation to commercial contracts across various sectors including construction, energy and infrastructure.
- Advising on both the buy and sell side of share and asset purchase transactions.
- Advising a majority shareholder in relation to a shareholders’ agreement.
