Laura is an Associate Solicitor practising in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

Laura has acted in a wide range of commercial disputes including professional indemnity disputes, intellectual property disputes, contract disputes and property disputes.

Laura has experience in dealing with matters before the High Court, including its Commercial Division, and Court of Appeal.  She has also acted in several mediations, arbitrations and adjudications.

  • Acting on behalf of Irish and multinational companies in trade mark and copyright disputes.
  • Acting for an Irish construction company in a construction adjudication.
  • Advising administrator of an estate in relation to a complex probate dispute.
