Judith is a specialist employment lawyer qualified in Ireland, England and Wales. Judith provides advice on a broad range of employment law matters including equality and diversity, discrimination, dismissals, disciplinary and grievance processes, protected disclosures, capability and absence management procedures, redundancy, restructuring and reorganisation, TUPE, ESG reporting and day to day employment law matters supporting in-house Counsel, HR teams and senior management teams in Ireland, the UK and the US.

Judith acts for clients across a range of sectors including financial services, IT, hospitality, recruitment, leisure, facilities management, security, healthcare and charitable sectors.

  • Advice to global recruitment business on relocation and business immigration, senior executive remuneration, restraint of trade.
  • Advising on Irish and UK employment law in acquisition of Irish based company by US global corporate.
  • Employment advice to private equity investment company on acquisition of Irish company in marine sector.
  • Irish and UK employment advice to client on acquisition of Irish nutrition business with locations in UK, Europe and the Middle East.
  • Advising on employment aspects of acquisition of international insurance company with locations in Ireland, UK and globally.
  • Negotiating exits for Senior Executives, advice on terms and settlement. 
  • Acting in successful claim for unfair dismissal, disability discrimination, psychological injury and wrongful dismissal of senior executive.
