The Projects team have been involved in wide range of developments ranging from commercial, mixed use and healthcare developments through to energy and renewables projects and large scale infrastructure projects in road and rail transport. 

We advise both public and private clients operating in a broad range of sectors including water, infrastructure, transport, roads, renewable energy, health, education, residential, leisure and telecommunications.

The Unit is comprised of a multi-disciplinary team which draws on our expertise in a wide range of relevant areas including public procurement, project finance, commercial contracts, construction and commercial property, energy and natural resources, planning and environment, competition, employment and intellectual property.

Clients benefit from our solutions driven approach, keen market knowledge and technical expertise as we work with them at all stages of a project from inception, planning and procurement through to delivery and completion.

As a result of our expertise we have advised extensively in the area of projects and project finance including PPP projects, where we have worked with sponsors, funders, bidders and public sector authorities involved in some of the high profile infrastructure projects in Ireland.  We also have experience advising clients in relation to the more recent secondary market transactions in Ireland.
