Jamie Ritchie Appointed as Head of Projects and Construction at LK Shields Solicitors

LK Shields Solicitors is delighted to announce that Jamie Ritchie has been appointed as Head of our highly regarded Projects and Construction team.

With over 10 years’ experience in construction and engineering matters, Jamie Ritchie has played a central role in working with some of our largest domestic and international clients on their infrastructure, construction and energy legal requirements.  His areas of focus include advising on consortium arrangements, third party funded projects, including social housing, PRS, healthcare and mixed-use developments.  Jamie also advises multinationals and utilities’ companies on construction contracts for their projects in Ireland.  He is also very active in the renewables sphere and is known for his expertise in sub-sea cabling projects.

The Projects and Construction team at LK Shields Solicitors is structured to provide clients with a full suite of contentious and non-contentious advice.  Our breadth of expertise stretches across all of the main standard form construction contracts utilised on Irish projects.
