The past twelve months have been an unprecedented time for businesses operating in every sector, nationally and internationally.

Despite a challenging trading environment, our activity levels surpassed all expectations. We were delighted to act for numerous clients on a wide range of corporate transactions.

The year ended on a high note with LK Shields ranking sixth in Mergermarket’s Global M&A Report 2020 for Ireland.

Nualtra Limited We acted for the shareholders of Nualtra Limited, on its sale to Ajinomoto Cambrooke, Inc., part of the Ajinomoto group.
O’Driscoll O’Neil (Group) Limited We acted in the sale of O’Driscoll O’Neil (Group) Limited to Arachas Bidco DAC.
Fitch Ratings EU We acted for Fitch Ratings EU group of companies as project lead in respect of five cross-border mergers of Fitch Rating’s EU subsidiaries into Fitch Ratings Ireland Limited.
Brand-Nu Laboratories Inc We acted in the sale of Brand-Nu Laboratories Inc and BNL Sciences Limited to Caldic BV.
Elephant Partners We advised Elephant Partners in relation to the series A round investment in Keelvar Systems Limited, an industry-leading strategic sourcing software company.
Renatus Capital Partners We advised Renatus Capital Partners on its investment in CRS Mobile Cold Storage, having previously advised on the establishment of Renatus’ new €35m fund from which the investment was made.
Brink’s ATM Services Limited We acted for Brink’s ATM Services Limited, an Irish subsidiary of the Nasdaq listed The Brink’s Company, in the acquisition from Allied Irish Banks plc of AIB’s non-branch ATM network.
MagGrow We acted for MagGrow, an Irish agri-technology company, in its Series A Investment Round.
