Acquisition of Ardmore Lodge care home by CareChoice Group

We were delighted to advise CareChoice Group, one of Ireland’s leading nursing home operators, on its acquisition of the Ardmore Lodge care home in Dublin.

CareChoice’s acquisition of the 90 bed facility follows its recent acquisition of the Knightsbridge Care Village from Barchester Group and consolidates its position as a leading provider of high quality elderly care in Ireland with over 700 residents in 8 care homes in Cork, Dublin and Waterford.
