Kristofer joins our market-leading team as an associate solicitor. 

He practices in the areas of corporate law, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions and has experience working with a broad range of clients including private individuals, start-ups, private equity firms, fund managers, corporate finance firms and domestic and multinational entities.
