LK Shields is active across all areas covered by the rankings. During the research period, the firm’s M&A department has been busiest, advising a mix of private equity and public companies on deals spread across a range of sectors. 

In the healthcare sector the firm acted on the acquisition of Knightsbridge Care Village and Carechoice representing the buyers on both transactions. Other highlights saw the firm advise the shareholders on the sale of Oasis Group in a secondary buyout by Montagu Private Equity.
