Huawei acquires SDN software technology from Amartus

We acted for Amartus in the sale of its telecoms network management business to Huawei.

LK Shields acted for Amartus Limited, the Dublin based SDN software solution provider, in relation to its sale of its SDN software product business to Huawei, a Chinese global leader in the information and communications solutions technology.
