Glenpatrick Natural Mineral Water Coolers Limited Acquires Echo Water Limited

LK Shields Solicotrs LLP was delighted to act for Glenpatrick Natural Mineral Water Coolers Limited (“Glenpatrick”) in its recent acquisition of Echo Water Limited (an Irish company offering a comprehensive range of premium water filtration systems to the hospitality and corporate markets).

Glenpatrick is a nationwide supplier of premium quality natural mineral water, hygienic water coolers and water filtration systems and is a member of the Culligan corporate group. The Culligan corporate group was founded in Illinois, USA, in 1936 and now provides specialist water treatment solutions to customers on a global scale.
