The Projects and Construction Team at LK Shields Solicitors is hosting its first Construction Law Forum in Galway.
As part of this FREE lunchtime seminar, our speakers will discuss a variety of legal issues currently relevant to the construction sector in Ireland.

Jamie Ritchie |
Jamie Ritchie joined LK Shields in 2017, becoming Partner in 2020 and Head of our Projects and Construction Team in 2022. With over 10 years’ experience, Jamie has played a central role in working with some of our largest domestic and international clients on their infrastructure, construction, energy and commercial legal requirements. |

Ian Lavelle |
Ian is a partner in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He advises domestic and international businesses in complex litigation and regulatory investigations and inquiries. He is accustomed to acting in strategically important cases before the higher courts in Ireland and England, having practised in London for seven years prior to re-joining LK Shields. Ian also advises clients in mediation, adjudication and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. He is a strong advocate of these often more business-friendly means of disposing of disputes. |

Cian O'Lionaird |
Cian is an Associate Solicitor in our Projects and Construction Team. Cian specialises in Construction Law and has wide experience advising clients on their infrastructure, construction, energy and commercial legal requirements both contentious and non-contentious. Prior to joining LK Shields as a Trainee in 2018, Cian worked in-house in a large multi-disciplinary construction and engineering company in Western Australia. |
