LK Shields acted as legal advisors to Mr. Seamus Farrell in connection with the recent investment in Skellville Enterprises Limited (trading as SF Engineering) by Alcuin Capital Partners.

SF Engineering was founded by Mr. Farrell in 1982 and is a specialist engineering business that designs, installs and integrates full food processing and packaging lines for meat, fish, dairy and meat alternative food products from its manufacturing facilities located in County Sligo (Ireland) and Cambridgeshire (UK).
