LK Shields was delighted to act for the founders of the Murphy Geospatial Group Limited in the sale of the company to Woolpert Ireland Limited.

Murphy Geospatial Group is a multidisciplinary geospatial solutions group that is headquartered in Kilcullen, Ireland. Murphy Geospatial Group captures, collates, verifies, and governs geospatial data, enabling its clients to make informed decisions to increase efficiencies, reduce risk and enhance value across the project life cycle.

Woolpert Ireland Limited is a member of the Woolpert group, headquartered in Ohio, providing consultancy services with a particular focus on architecture, engineering and geospatial services.
