Sale of Barrackpark Home Care Limited

LK Shields acted as legal advisors to Oliver and Elaine McBride in the sale of Barrackpark Home Care Limited (“BHCL”) to Clinical Home Care Services Limited. BHCL holds the Home Instead franchise for the counties of Sligo, Leitrim and Roscommon. The purchaser was the master franchisor of the Home Instead franchise in Ireland, Clinical Home Care Services Limited. Oliver grew the business since purchasing the franchise in 2016 and will continue with BHCL in the role of the Regional Manager Corporate Offices.
