Niatim Holdings Limited Sell 51% Majority Ownership Stake in Bray Wanderers Limited to Cabinteely Senior Football Club Limited

LK Shields Solicitors LLP were delighted to act for Niatim Holdings Limited in the sale of its 51% majority ownership stake in Bray Wanderers Limited to Cabinteely Senior Football Club Limited.
 

This sale has brought about the coming together of two prosperous football clubs with the amalgamated club applying to compete in the First Division of the SSE Airtricity League of Ireland next season. 

Discussions had been ongoing for some time between the parties and the potential benefits for players, supporters, staff and volunteers across the senior teams and all the way down to grassroots football in the wider community of South Dublin and Wicklow have been factored into the reasoning behind the merger. It is hoped that the combined forces can bring about a renewed strengthening of football across the South Dublin and Wicklow areas and that this strengthening can engage younger generations of aspiring players and fans.
