LK Shields Solicitors Welcomes New Corporate Partner

LK Shields Solicitors is delighted to announce the appointment of Gemma Forde. 

Gemma joins the firm as a corporate partner and will be based in our Galway Office.

Gemma has a broad corporate experience advising clients on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, venture capital and private equity investment, professional partnership arrangements, family partnership agreements and co-ownership agreements.

Gemma has a strong commercial property background and has acted in the acquisition and disposal of development land, property aspects of corporate and M&A transactions, sale and acquisition of multi property investments and commercial landlord and tenant matters.

Gemma also has considerable experience in acting for several corporate and high net worth clients in the negotiation and drafting of loan debt settlement arrangements, forbearance agreements, associated assets disposals and restructuring and refinancing.
