Verdane, a Norwegian based private equity firm, acquires majority stake in Corlytics Limited

We acted for Kernel Capital, Infinity Capital and several other shareholders in an investment the sale of 80% of their shareholding by Verdane in Corlytics Limited to Verdane.
The balance of the shares is retained by the Bank of Ireland Kernel Capital Growth Fund, Infinity Capital, the executive team and others.
The LK Shields team comprised Emmet Scully, Jennifer McGuire and Michael Cunningham.
