LK Shields Solicitors was delighted to act for MyTicket Services Limited in its investment for a majority shareholding in Oshi Software Limited. Oshi owns and operates the well-known Irish online ticket platform, Tickets.ie.
MyTicket is a UK based ticket and events promotion company and is a member of the global spanning Deutsche Entertainment AG group of companies.
