Designer Group & Sisk enter into joint venture to deliver facilities management services in Ireland

LK Shields has acted for international electrical and mechanical engineering business, Designer Group, in relation to its entry into a joint venture arrangement with construction services provider, Sisk.

Subject to approval by the CCPC, the new joint venture business will deliver a fully integrated facility management service to the extensive customer bases of both Designer Group and Sisk, as well as to new customers.

Michael Stone, CEO of Designer Group has said:
