Acquisition by Kouchin Holdings of Niall Harbison’s shareholding in Lovin Media Group

We acted for Kouchin Holdings, an investment firm owned by entrepreneur Emmet O’Neill, in the purchase of Niall Harbison’s shareholding in Lovin Media Group, thereby increasing its stake to 85%.

Lovin Media Group was established in 2011 as a Dublin focussed site but has expanded in its national reach in Ireland and internationally in the years since.
