Sale of Touch Press Inc. (t/a StoryToys) to Team17 Group Plc

We were delighted to advise the sellers of StoryToys on its sale to Team17.

StoryToys is a world-class developer and publisher of educational entertainment apps for children, and has produced apps with many leading children's brands, including The LEGO® Group, Disney, Pixar, Penguin, Sesame Workshop, Dick Bruna, Warner Bros, Hasbro, and Nickelodeon.

Team17 is a global games entertainment label, creative partner and developer of independent premium video games.

The transaction was led by Emmet Scully and Lisa McEllin of our corporate team, with assistance from our IP/IT, employment and property teams.
