We acted for the shareholders of PSG Communications Limited in the sale of the entire issued share capital of the company to Teneo Strategy.
PSG was formed in 2014 by the merger of PR companies Slattery Communications and Pembroke Communications and advises some of Ireland's largest corporate and not-for-profit entities, as well as a growing number of multinational clients based in Ireland. PSG has received numerous industry awards over the last two years and provides services across four areas covering corporate communications and reputation management, brand strategy and marketing communications, sports and entertainment sponsorship, and digital communications.
