Sale of Swan Plant Hire to Loxam Group

We acted for the Vendors in the sale of Swan Plant Hire, the Irish construction equipment rental company, to the Loxam Group.

The transaction was led by Gerry Halpenny, Partner in our Corporate Department, with the assistance of Associate Solicitor James Byrne, Partner John Campbell, and Associate Solicitor Shane O'Donohoe. 

Swan was founded more than 45 years ago by the Vendors and operates two branches located in Dublin. It has developed a loyal and well-diversified client portfolio, as well as a strong expertise in general plant hire.
