LK Shields acted for the shareholders of OpenJaw Technologies Limited in its sale to global retail technology provider, Guestlogix Inc, a Canadian company with a listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
LK Shields has acted for OpenJaw Technologies Limited since it commenced business in 2002 and we are proud to be associated with the successful exit for the shareholders.
