Sale of Noone Casey to ETL International AG

LK Shields was delighted to act for Noone Casey, an accounting, assurance and corporate finance firm based in Dublin with a focus on the technology and entertainment industries, in its sale to ETL International AG, a tax, legal, audit, accounting and financial services group headquartered in Essen, Germany.
