Register of Beneficial Ownership for ICAVs, Credit Unions and Unit Trusts

PUBLISHED: 1st February 2021

ICAVs, Credit Unions and Unit Trusts in existence as of 25 June 2020 had until 25 December 2020 to file their beneficial ownership information on the Central Register of Beneficial Ownership (RBO).  Applicable Financial Vehicles (AFVs) who have not complied with the filing requirement should act now.
