LK Shields Solicitors LLP was delighted to act for Mosaic Ventures in its participation in the investment round of Arex Holding Limited, an Irish Fintech company that offers SMEs an easy-to-use, cost-effective and innovative way to sell invoices.  

Arex’s products aim to bridge capital market liquidity and SME cash flow needs,  allowing SMEs to receive cash payment from sold invoices as early as within the same day.
