LK Shields Welcomes New Associate Solicitor Paul Dineen

We are delighted to welcome Associate Solicitor Paul Dineen to the firm. 

Paul joins our Corporate and Commercial team. He will be acting on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions. Paul’s transactional experience includes mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate structuring / restructurings, as well as advising on general corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to joining LK Shields, Paul worked in the Dublin office of an international law firm. He has also previously worked for a leading international offshore law firm.
