LK Shields Advises Eastland Engineering Supply Co. Limited in Relation to Investment by MML

LK Shields were delighted to advise the shareholders of Eastland Engineering Supply Co. Limited (EES) in relation to an investment into the business by MML Growth Capital Partners Ireland.

EES is a leading outsourced provider of integrated supply chain services associated with maintenance, repair and overhaul activities in large manufacturing facilities, with a particular focus on the pharma, food and beverage sectors, servicing customers including Diageo and Pfizer.
