LK Shields Solicitors was delighted to advise the promoters of the Hotel Investment Fund on the establishment of their new fund.
The €50m fund, backed by the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF), has been established to invest in hotels whose trading has been negatively impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic and provide hotel owners with interim funding over the medium term to allow their business to recover and grow post-Covid-19.
