LK Shields Solicitors LLP was delighted to represent Enterprise Ireland in connection with its investment as anchor investor through the Seed and Venture Capital Programme in Redesdale Food Limited Partnership.
The Redesdale Food Limited Partnership is a venture capital fund focusing on the food and beverage sectors which completed its first close of €27m of which Enterpriser Ireland committed €15m.
The Redesdale Food Limited Partnership is aiming to secure overall commitments of €75m.
