Tanya has experience in advising clients in relation to intellectual property, technology, data protection, cybersecurity as well as a wide range of commercial contracts such as SaaS Agreements, Distribution Agreements and Supply Agreements.

Prior to joining the firm Tanya worked in-house with various companies as a Legal Counsel as well as previously working as the General Counsel of an international bio-tech company. She has considerable experience working in the technology, bio-tech, pharmaceutical, energy and telecoms industries among others. Prior to working as an in-house Legal Counsel, Tanya practised as a barrister for several years.
