Renatus Capital Partners Invest in Kappture

We were delighted to advise Renatus Capital Partners on its investment in Kappture, having previously advised on the establishment of Renatus’ new €40m fund from which the investment was made.

Renatus is focused on providing supportive equity capital (minority and majority) to ambitious SMEs across Ireland and the UK.

Kappture is a leading provider of in-house developed EPOS (electronic point-of-sale) and mobile payments software in the stadia, education, and hospitality industries.

The transaction was led by Lisa McEllin and Emmet Scully, with assistance from Ruairi Mulrean, Jennifer O’Neill, Ciara O’Kennedy and Jane O’Grady.
