Erisbeg acquires a majority stake in EMR Integrated Solutions

LK Shields was delighted to act for Gagner Limited, part of the Erisbeg Group, on an agreement to acquire a majority stake in EMR Integrated Solutions, a leading provider of specialist telemetry and communication devices.
Erisbeg is a growth capital investor, focused on high performing service business with international growth potential.
The transaction is subject to fulfilment of the customary closing conditions and regulatory approval. The LK Shields team involved Emmet Scully, Lester Sosa-Villatoro, and Jonathan Braden.
