LK Shields Welcomes Pat Fox to their Real Estate Team

LK Shields is delighted to welcome back Pat Fox as a Partner in their Real Estate team.

Pat is a valuable addition to the firm’s growing Real Estate practice.  He joins a team who are recognised in the market for their strategic expertise, deep legal understanding and excellent commercial acumen.

Pat Fox is a Real Estate and finance specialist with extensive experience acting for developers, funders and purchasers of large scale commercial and residential projects.  He specialises in Property Development and Investment and advises on title, leasing, funding and construction issues across all Real Estate sectors (office, industrial, PRS/BTR, hospitality and retail) with particular expertise in investment transactions (both loan and asset based) including syndicate investments using corporate, funds and other structures.
