Liam is a Company Secretary who has worked predominantly within the financial services industry in the areas of regulated funds and structured finance.

Liam joined LK Shields in 2017 having previously held roles within a top 4 audit firm and corporate service providers. Liam is also experienced in solvent and insolvent liquidations and company restructuring.

Experience

  • Corporate governance, board meetings and shareholder meetings and advising clients of the associated requirements in relation to each
  • Coordinating, attending and minute taking of Board meetings for companies, special purpose vehicles and regulated funds
  • Advising company directors and secretaries of their day to day statutory obligations in accordance with company legislation
  • Advising clients of the necessary steps and obligations to effect a liquidation or strike off of a company
