Katie is an Associate Solicitor in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.

Katie has acted in a wide variety of general and commercial litigation disputes including professional indemnity disputes, insurance disputes, contractual disputes, property disputes and debt enforcement.

Katie has experience in dealing with matters before the High Court, including the Commercial Division of the High Court, and Court of Appeal as well as acting in several mediations.  

Experience

  • Defending solicitors, architects, engineers and other professionals on the instructions of their professional indemnifiers.
  • Acting on behalf of plaintiffs in negligence and contractual claims.
  • Acting in the defence of various commercial claims to include property and product liability disputes.
  • Advising administrators of an estate in complex probate litigation.
  • Acting on behalf of partners and shareholders in both partnership and shareholder disputes.
  • Acting for financial institutions in a range of disputes.
