Karen is a Chartered Company Secretary who has worked predominately within the Financial Services industry and has held roles in both in-house and corporate service environments.

Karen joined LK Shields in 2017 having previously held roles within a FTSE 100 listed company, Audit Firm and Corporate Service Provider. Her experience covers both UK and Irish company law.
