James is a Trainee Company Secretary who has worked with a number of domestic and international business’ in the area of Company Secretarial & Compliance.

James joined LK Shields in 2018 having spent a period of time working with a start-up technology company in San Diego, California.  James held positions as both a Paralegal and Company Secretarial Administrator before commencing his Company Secretarial traineeship in August 2018.
