David's experience includes advising on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, shareholder arrangements, venture capital, commercial agreements and corporate restructurings in Ireland, Europe and North America.
With a focus on infrastructure, David has been involved in a diverse range of projects across the healthcare, energy, telecoms and technology sectors, including FinTech.
David also advises on company law matters and is a member of the Law Society of Ireland’s Task Force on the introduction of the Fourth Anti-Money Laundering Directive.
Prior to joining LK Shields, David worked at international law firms in London and Dublin.
