Ailis has gained key experience on transactional banking matters, including carrying out security reports on banking transactions, completing and delivering regular reporting matrices to lenders for whom we act as panel members, tending to perfection of security and drafting finance and security documents, corporate approvals and other banking documents. Ailis also has experience in residential and commercial property transactions.

Prior to joining LK Shields, Ailis completed her solicitor training in banking and real estate at another Dublin firm and was admitted to the Roll in 2022.
