National Remote Work Strategy

PUBLISHED: 9th June 2021

The objective of Ireland’s National Remote Work Strategy is to ensure that remote working is a permanent feature in the Irish workplace in a way that maximises economic, social and environmental benefits. While there are many benefits to remote working for employers, to include the potential for increased productivity, access to a broader talent pool, improved staff retention and cost-effectiveness, remote working also creates certain challenges. The France Ireland Chamber of Chamber hosted a presetned by Aoife Bradley and Einde O’Donnell from the Employment, Pensions and Employee Benefits team at LK Shields for a discussion on the rollout of the National Remote Work Strategy and the implications for your business.
